




Objective: Manage and optimize production operations to ensure efficient manufacturing of high-quality products, meet delivery deadlines, and keep costs within the established budget. Responsibilities: ● **Production Planning**: Establish daily, weekly, or monthly production schedules, ensuring production targets are met and customer demand is satisfied. ● **Monitor Efficiency**: Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. ● **Personnel Supervision**: Lead and coordinate the bakery and pastry team. This includes staff training, task assignment, and conflict resolution. ● **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene and handling practices.
