The company was founded in Stockholm (Sweden) and has a passionate team that collaborates and supports its customers in over 150 countries. **MISSION** Execute maintenance services, fine-tuning, and initial startup, guaranteeing service quality to meet division objectives. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead failure assessments on electrical, electronic, RCS, and hydraulic systems of equipment; resolve and execute all necessary corrective actions to return equipment to operational and standard condition with quality and efficiency; issue reports with root cause analysis of failures (RCA), which may be performed in the field or in workshops. * Prepare and deliver work reports for the equipment serviced during their shift, detailing all tasks performed, including lists of spare parts used, and any pending items for the next shift. * Replace spare parts and components assigned to equipment, following spare parts and component handling instructions. * Maintain order and cleanliness in workshops and in all assigned tasks. * Perform lubrication and greasing of serviced equipment according to inspection schedules. * Wash equipment as required. * Lead and perform preventive, corrective maintenance, and refrigerant recharge for air conditioning systems. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical degree in Industrial Electricity, Electronics, Heavy Machinery Electrical Systems, or related fields. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in maintenance and repair of Epiroc mining equipment. * Residence in Puno, Arequipa, Tacna, Moquegua, or Juliaca. * Class AIIB driver's license (mandatory). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mining sector with drilling equipment (Epiroc). * Solid technical knowledge in electricity, electronics, RCS, and hydraulics of Epiroc equipment. * Knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigerant recharging, parameter evaluation, and fault analysis. * Ability to handle and interpret service and parts manuals for equipment. * Intermediate level in Excel. * Intermediate technical English, desirable. **BENEFITS** * Maternity and Paternity Leave * Training and development programs * Health Service Provider (EPS) * Service Contract Retention Bonus * Transportation Bonus * Education Bonus **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition, and our cities and infrastructures must develop to serve a growing population.
