Main Responsibilities **Human Development and Work Environment** * Identify human development needs in stores and administrative teams. * Implement dynamics and strategies to strengthen communication, empathy, leadership, and teamwork. * Conduct workplace climate surveys, analyze results, and propose improvement plans. * Organize internal activities to foster a young, cheerful, and collaborative culture. * Provide emotional follow-up to employees (active listening, conflict resolution, attention to specific cases). **Training Management** * Coordinate and deliver training: onboarding, customer service, leadership, soft skills. * Develop or update training manuals and materials together with the operational team. * Measure training impact through evaluations or feedback. * Propose monthly workshops to enhance human performance. **Recruitment and Selection** * Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews. * Ensure new talents align with Papas Queen’s cultural profile. * Participate in job fairs and social media recruitment campaigns. * Coordinate induction and welcome for new employees. Requirements * Graduate or final-year student in **Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields**. * Minimum **1 year of experience** in HR areas, work environment, or personnel selection. * Basic knowledge in competency-based management, organizational climate, and soft skills. * Ability to interact with operational teams (store staff, kitchen, logistics). * Desirable experience in **restaurants, retail, or youth-oriented brands**. * Valued: familiarity with **Google Workspace, Canva, and survey tools**.
