




**REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology * 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection of operational and administrative personnel. * Reside in PUNTA HERMOSA or nearby areas of the SOUTH CONE. **FUNCTIONS** * Carry out outreach and fieldwork for job positions according to area managers' requirements. * Post job openings on various digital platforms, properly screen candidates based on profile, as well as conduct selection, induction, and final hiring of applicants. * Download work schedules (biweekly and monthly) and transfer them to Excel with any observations found. * Coordinate snacks for all staff with the supplier. * Schedule meetings and interviews with respective departments upon request from General Management or HR. * Keep physical employee records up to date. * Provide support to other administrative areas when required, always demonstrating full responsibility and commitment within the HR department.
