




**Internal Culture, Talent and Communication Specialist** At Studio Food, we are looking for new talents to join our corporation. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Communications, Human Resources Management, or related fields. · Specialization in Human Resources, Human Capital, and/or organizational culture. · Minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven experience as a Human Resources generalist. · Experience in Human Talent. · Knowledge of HR KPIs and performance indicators management. · Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel. · Knowledge in designing training and leadership programs. · Familiarity with the operational environment of fine dining restaurants (DESIRABLE). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Promote comprehensive employee well-being and positive experience within a high-pressure environment. * Design and implement internal communication and endomarketing strategies that strengthen organizational culture and employee alignment with the company’s vision. * Foster a culture of continuous learning, mindful leadership, and mutual care. * Ensure alignment between talent strategies and organizational objectives. * Collaborate with other Human Resources areas and operational leaders to integrate organizational development and well-being initiatives. * Monitor key indicators related to climate, culture, leadership, learning, and well-being. * Identify and analyze the employee journey map from onboarding to exit, identifying key moments and improvement opportunities. * Develop proposals to strengthen organizational culture based on insights from the journey map, surveys, direct observation, and alignment with corporate vision. * Design and conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, coordinate improvement plans, and supervise execution. * Develop employee experience measurements. * Implement initiatives that reinforce organizational culture and promote living corporate values. * Coordinate leadership development programs tailored to the fine dining operational environment. * Develop and manage the annual training plan aligned with strategic business needs and operational dynamics. * Administer learning platforms and manage training providers. * Support change management processes from a human perspective, including internal communication and accompaniment. **BENEFITS:** * Employment under general labor regime * Market-competitive salary * Meals covered * 60% EPS health insurance coverage * Corporate discounts If you meet the requirements and have the right attitude to perform this role, do not hesitate to apply.
