**Position Summary:** HR\&Comunication Factory Analyst**Location:** Lima\- Peru**Time:** Full-time.**Reports to:** HRBP T\&M**Area:** Human Resources **Position Purpose:** Ensure the successful execution of internal communication planned by Corporate according to operational needs, supporting the consolidation of results within the Operations and HR areas through appropriate communication channels available in the organization based on the target audience, as well as support the strategy for building organizational culture and promoting a positive work climate through organizational climate measurement according to the model defined by the organization. **A day in the life of...** * Co-lead and execute the annual internal communication plan in Operations. * Ensure execution of communications related to projects, initiatives, and campaigns aligned with Operational needs (e.g., Connected Factory) that meet criteria defined by Corporate. * Develop effective content and messages for organizational communication channels (screens, WhatsApp, magazines, etc.) in Operations. * Participate and support the execution of the annual internal communication survey. * Ensure implementation of Internal Communication Campaigns focused on Compliance (Corporate Principles, Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest, Discrimination, Workplace Violence and Harassment) in Operations. * Schedule and maintain updated internal communication media and channels according to the annual communication plan at Lima Factory. * Execute the campaign and implementation of organizational climate measurement via N\&I at Lima Factory and Cajamarca Plant. * Co-lead and execute the Climate Plan for the Division. * Manage various recognition strategies and initiatives established for the organization. **What will make you successful:** * **Academic Background:** Graduate of a university degree in Administration, Psychology, Communications, or Social Sciences. * **Experience:** 1 year in internal communications, organizational development in similar companies. * English proficiency: Intermediate. * Advanced Excel and Power BI skills. * Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills and social media management.
