At **KS Group**, we are looking for an **HR Analyst** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in construction, real estate, or industrial companies is preferred. * Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel administration. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Experience in recruiting and selecting operational and administrative staff. * Availability to work on-site in the district of **Chorrillos.** * Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and ability to work under pressure. **Responsibilities:** * Execute recruitment and selection processes. * Manage employment contracts, renewals, and personnel documentation. * Monitor attendance, vacations, and administrative follow-up. * Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees. * Provide support to various departments and company projects. * Assist in activities related to workplace climate and organizational well-being. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations.
