JOB OBJECTIVE** Administer and execute personnel management processes in their labor, administrative, and human development aspects, ensuring legal compliance and promoting a positive organizational climate aligned with corporate culture and the company's strategic objectives. **2\. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** LABOR MANAGEMENT AND PAYROLL · Apply current labor legislation and respond to SUNAFIL requirements. · Manage employee records and employment/service contracts. · Register hires and terminations in T\-Registro and MINTRA platforms. · Calculate payroll, provisions, CTS, bonuses, and vacations. · File AFP and PDT 601 – PLAME declarations. · Coordinate insurance (SCTR, Vida Ley) and subsidies with ESSALUD. · Review timesheets and monitor attendance, overtime, and vacation leave. RECRUITMENT, DEVELOPMENT, AND ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE · Manage competency-based recruitment and selection processes. · Implement induction programs and support new employees. · Coordinate performance evaluations and individual development plans. · Develop and implement the annual training plan. · Measure and improve workplace climate through surveys and well-being initiatives. · Promote team-building, recognition activities, and internal communication. · Participate in organizational culture and employer branding initiatives. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT AND COMMUNICATION · Prepare Human Resources management reports. · Maintain confidentiality of employee information. · Serve as liaison between staff and management. **3\. POSITION PROFILE** ACADEMIC BACKGROUND: · Technical degree or Bachelor’s studies in Accounting. EXPERIENCE: · Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources and Payroll areas. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: · Labor legislation and administrative procedures. · Talent selection, training, and development. · Platform proficiency: MINTRA, ESSALUD, AFPNet, SUNAT. · Intermediate Excel and digital management tools.
