




DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst for a company in the financial sector, responsible for coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and workplace climate processes. The position drives cultural integration, supports talent management using the HAY methodology, and prepares key reports for decision-making, contributing to a positive work environment aligned with the group's values. REQUIREMENTS * Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, managing interviews with candidates and associated companies, ensuring smooth communication, a positive candidate experience, and compliance with the financial group's standards. * Execute the complete onboarding and induction cycle for new employees up to their formal entry, guaranteeing their effective integration into the organizational culture and an orderly transition into respective departments. * Support the implementation of workplace climate and culture initiatives, promoting a collaborative, positive work environment aligned with the group's values, as well as providing support in talent management using the HAY methodology to ensure internal order and equity. * Prepare recruitment, onboarding, and workplace climate reports and indicators for strategic decision-making, coordinating actions with various departments and client companies, and managing multiple processes in parallel with dynamism, effectiveness, and results orientation.
