Learn more about this job opportunity below: **What is the main challenge?** * Provide operational and administrative support in personnel management, recruitment and selection processes, as well as tasks related to payroll processing and control, contributing to the smooth functioning of the Human Resources department. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Manage employee files, including hires, terminations, and internal transfers. * Follow up on employment contracts, renewals, and terminations. * Assist in monitoring attendance, incidents, and time reports. * Support administrative activities within the department (announcements, delivery of receipts, tracking procedures). * Help monitor induction programs, training, or employee engagement initiatives. * Assist in payroll preparation (data entry, incident review, etc.). * Participate in job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling. * Provide support related to workplace culture and climate (events, meetings, etc). **What are we looking for?** * High school graduate or completed studies in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate level in Excel. * Experience with HR software. * Personnel administration experience. * Payroll processing and incident control knowledge. * Recruitment and selection experience. * Organizational climate assessment experience. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment from the first day of work, with all statutory benefits. * Competitive salary.
