





Occupational Clinic S\&M is looking for a talented individual for the position of Human Resources Assistant **Requirements:** * Be a graduate or bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, or related fields * Have at least 1 year of experience in the requested position * Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva * Knowledge of computer systems and software * Preferably have completed a diploma or master's program in Human Talent Management * Availability to work at both clinic locations: Lima center and Lima north * Results-oriented, problem-solving skills, stress tolerance, good communication skills, ability to work under pressure and plan effectively **Responsibilities:** * Select personnel according to the established systematic recruitment procedure and job profile * Keep employee CVs organized and up-to-date, as well as current professional licenses of specialists * Develop a human resources work plan * Improve the company's work environment * Support the management department with documents requested by the manager * Coordinate with management to ensure proper organization of clinic documents and handle any arising activities such as internal or external training sessions, and other duties assigned by management * Comply with Quality Management System guidelines together with personnel responsible for SIG * Evaluate the performance of employees within assigned areas in coordination with area supervisors Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month Application questions: * Where do you live? * What are your salary expectations? * Do you have experience in HR?
