




**Human Resources Assistant** **Job Description:** We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The selected candidate will provide support in personnel administration, recruitment and selection processes, as well as in benefits management and assistance with workplace climate issues. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in the recruitment and selection process. * Maintain updated employee files and databases. * Manage attendance, vacations, permissions, and medical leaves. * Prepare reports related to payroll and social benefits. * Assist in induction processes, training sessions, and team integration activities. * Provide support during internal audits and compliance with labor regulations. **Requirements:** * Final-year student or graduate in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in human resources (preferably in recruitment and payroll). * Intermediate level in Excel. * Knowledge of basic labor legislation. * Communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Availability to work Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **We Offer:** * Opportunity for professional growth in the HR field. * Positive work environment and continuous training. * Salary from S/ 1,500 to S/ 2,000. * Remype payroll. * Work location: Villa el Salvador.
