Food distribution and concessionaire, is currently seeking a **Human Resources Coordinator** **Functions:** * Design and coordinate training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge. * Keep job profiles of the Group's companies updated according to each company's organizational structure and established policies and procedures for this purpose. * Send payroll information, prepare monthly reports (cash payments, service invoices, payrolls and additional items) for each company. * Provide support and guidance to company personnel in identifying, solving, and/or preventing conflicts, with the aim of reducing the impact of factors affecting their performance effectiveness within the organization. * Manage SUNAT-related tasks including employee registrations, terminations, issuance of fourth-category suspension documents, validation of worker receipts, and changes to worker receipts. **Requirements:** * Education: Higher university studies or technical degree in Administration, Industrial Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields. * Additional Training: Diploma and/or specialization in Human Talent Management. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, in both public and private sectors. * Experience with ERPs, SAP. **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm | Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
