Excellent organizational climate Human Resources Generalist **Aesthetic Medicine Clinic – Surco, Lima** We are looking for a **Human Resources Generalist** to join our team at a growing aesthetic medicine clinic. We seek an organized, empathetic individual focused on human-centered treatment, who will contribute to strengthening our organizational culture. **Location:** Surco, Lima **Compensation:** Market-competitive **Work Mode:** On-site **Position Type:** Full-time Main Responsibilities: * Recruitment and selection (job posting, screening, interviews, and follow-up). * Preparation and management of employment contracts. * Employee onboarding and information updates in PLAME. * Attendance tracking and monitoring. * Managing employee hiring and termination processes. * Coordination of orientation and onboarding programs. * Support in payroll preparation (coordination with accounting). * Personnel file management. * Support in performance evaluations. * Implementation and monitoring of HR processes. * Support in workplace climate initiatives and team integration activities. * Assistance in compliance with current labor regulations. * Coordination of internal training programs. Requirements: * Degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor regulations. * Proficiency in PLAME (mandatory). * Intermediate Excel skills. * Prior experience in healthcare or service sectors is desirable.
