Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Officer to manage labor relations, employee well-being, and develop onboarding and training programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage labor relations and resolve conflicts 2. Develop employee well-being activities and improve the institutional climate 3. Evaluate performance, propose improvement plans, and organize documentation OUR PSYCHOLOGICAL CENTER "MY WORLD IS YOUR WORLD", WITH 13 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, is seeking top talent for the position of "Human Resources Officer". REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in Psychology. * Specialization in Human Resources. * Intermediate to advanced Office skills. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the position. * Experience dealing with SUNAFIL and reviewing electronic mailbox. * Knowledge of Labor Legislation. * Availability to work on-site during the following schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00\-18:00 / Saturday 09:00 \-13:30 * Willingness to travel to branches in San Miguel, Miraflores, and Los Olivos. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Effectively manage labor relations and resolve conflicts. * Develop activities aimed at employee well-being and improving institutional climate and culture. * Evaluate employee performance and propose improvement plans. * Post job openings across various recruitment channels. * Develop onboarding and training programs for new employees. * Organize and administer all personnel documentation. * Manage staff turnover.
