




REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Organizational Development. * Specialization in Climate Management, Well-being Management, Communication and Image, or similar fields. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Group Recruitment and Selection * Propose talent management initiatives to identify and retain outstanding employees, promoting recognition, development, and growth within the company. * Support in the implementation and administration of the performance evaluation system to measure and improve employee performance. * Identify team needs and design professional development programs to enhance skills and competencies. * Support in the design and implementation of a system based on organizational and job-specific competencies. * Advise leaders on promotion, transfer, and advancement proposals, aligned with performance evaluation results and talent calibration. * Develop indicators for the Personnel Management area. * Monitor, control, and evaluate results of staff professional development activities. * Execute activities, benefits, agreements, and programs that positively influence organizational culture. * Participate in the development and execution of work climate and performance evaluation processes, analyze results, and generate action plans. * Formulate internal communication strategies and actions that support improved integration and employee commitment to policies and strategic objectives. * Participate in the planning and execution of internal events to strengthen organizational culture and climate, ensuring implementation of the annual event plan. * Design employee recognition activities. * Manage induction and training programs. * Analyze and update salary structures using market salary data as input. * Conduct market salary research to maintain up-to-date information for decision-making and continuous improvement of salary and non-salary benefits. * Support in the preparation of the corporate payroll budget and expenses (fixed pay, variable pay, incentives, and bonuses).
