We are currently looking for an Operations Manager for a leading security company: **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Ensure the efficient, safe, and profitable execution of the company's operations, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, strategic objectives, and customer satisfaction through comprehensive management of human, material, and technological resources. **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment from day one, including all legal benefits. * The opportunity to join a physical and electronic security organization aiming for growth. * Excellent career development opportunities. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations and Logistics, Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles planning, directing, and controlling daily company operations, ensuring service continuity and efficiency. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. * Work distribution: 40% field / 60% office. * Work location: San Isidro **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * **Plan, direct, and control** the company’s daily operations, ensuring service continuity and efficiency. * **Design and implement operational strategies** to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve service levels. * **Supervise and coordinate operational staff**, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations. * **Monitor performance indicators (KPIs)** related to efficiency, productivity, SLA compliance, customer satisfaction, and profitability. * **Manage relationships with key clients**, addressing operational requests and proposing service improvements. * **Prepare periodic management reports** for senior leadership, including performance analysis, incident reviews, and improvement proposals. * **Coordinate with support departments** (Sales, SSOMA, Administration and Finance, Technology) to ensure operational alignment with organizational goals. * **Assess and manage operational risks**, implementing contingency plans and preventive measures. * **Participate in budget planning** for the department, controlling expenses and promoting efficient resource utilization. * **Lead innovation and continuous improvement projects** focused on digital transformation and process optimization.
