




REQUIREMENTS: Education: Degree in Organizational Psychology, Administration, Human Resources or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years of recruitment and selection experience, preferably in a consulting firm. Experience managing multiple accounts and selecting administrative and operational profiles. Availability: Immediate Computer systems proficiency: Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office, HR ERP systems. Proficiency in competency-based interviews and group dynamics. Experience using job boards, professional networks, and headhunting techniques. Willingness to conduct fieldwork. Residence in areas close to Surco and ability to travel to offices. WORK HOURS: Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (exceptional cases on Saturdays) RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and implement talent attraction strategies according to vacancies. Post and manage job openings on job boards, social media, and databases. Validate candidate profiles with clients and coordinate the selection process. Conduct interviews and administer psychometric and job-related assessments. Verify references and manage hiring processes (documentation, ERP system entry). Keep job postings and recruitment reports up to date. Work with recruitment KPIs. Update reports on coverage, turnover, average time-to-hire, KPIs, and other metrics for our selection department.
