Execute recruitment and selection processes according to job profiles and schedules. 2. Carry out mass recruitment activities and fieldwork. 3. Conduct interviews, group dynamics, and psychological evaluations. Grupo Rokys, a leading company in the gastronomy and retail sectors, is looking for a Selection Analyst passionate about human talent, results-driven, and experienced in mass recruitment processes. Responsibilities: * Execute recruitment and selection processes according to established job profiles and schedules. * Consolidate staffing requirements from various departments. * Carry out mass recruitment activities: job announcements, career fairs, online portal postings, and fieldwork. * Conduct in-person and virtual interviews, group dynamics, and psychological evaluations. * Register and maintain up-to-date applicant databases and departmental summary reports. * Verify candidates' employment backgrounds. * Coordinate onboarding documentation and compile personnel files for newly hired staff. Requirements: * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology. * Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection, with emphasis on mass processes. * Prior experience in the gastronomy or retail sector is desirable. * Immediate availability to work on-site Monday through Saturday in the San Luis area.
