




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure daily management of the platform, guaranteeing compliance with sales objectives. * Provide continuous feedback to the team to achieve optimal performance. * Manage personnel administration (hiring, terminations, vacations, permissions, sanctions, others). * Efficiently manage allocated resources (budget, work tools, others). * Collect, analyze and interpret KPIs, generating required operation reports. * Implement practices that promote a positive work environment consistent with organizational culture. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (sales supervisor in telemarketing industry). * Must have experience in Contact Center for the Spanish market. * Professional degree in business administration, marketing, business management, industrial engineering or related fields. * Availability to work onsite in San Juan de Lurigancho district. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:20pm. **BENEFITS:** * Attractive base salary + variable pay. * Short-term career path. * Biweekly and timely payments. * Academic and corporate agreements.
