





**FUNCTIONS:** * Ensure daily platform management, guaranteeing the achievement of sales targets. * Provide continuous feedback to the work team to achieve optimal performance. * Carry out personnel administrative management (hiring, terminations, vacations, permissions, sanctions, others). * Efficiently manage allocated resources (budget, work tools, others). * Collect, analyze and interpret KPIs, generating required operational reports. * Implement practices that promote a positive work environment consistent with organizational culture. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions (sales supervisor in telemarketing industry). * Must have experience in Contact Center for the Spanish market. * Professional degree in administration, marketing, business, industrial engineering or related fields. * Availability to work onsite in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 06:00 AM to 04:20 PM. **BENEFITS:** * Attractive base salary + variable pay. * Short-term career path. * Biweekly and timely payments. * Academic and corporate agreements.
