**HR Analyst (focus on Soft HR, with support in Hard HR)** We are looking to hire a professional passionate about **talent management and human development**, who can bring fresh ideas and execution capabilities in initiatives related to work climate, culture, training, and internal communication. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in **Industrial Engineering**, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in **soft HR processes**: recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, internal communication, and talent development. * Basic knowledge of **hard HR processes** (payroll, contracts, attendance) to support administrative tasks. * Intermediate Excel skills and desirable knowledge of SAP. **Competencies** * Creativity and initiative to drive workplace climate and cultural programs. * Organization, analytical skills, and results orientation. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. * Design and implement training and development plans. * Implement and monitor employee engagement and organizational culture programs. * Manage internal communication and team integration activities. * Provide support in HR administrative tasks (payroll, contracts, attendance).
