Multifoods, a manufacturing company responsible for the production and export of food and beverages, is looking for the best talent to fill the position of Quality Inspector at our Chorrillos location **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed technical studies in Food Industries, Agroindustrial, or related fields. * 6 months of experience as a quality inspector and/or intern. * General knowledge of GMP and line balancing. * Intermediate level knowledge of Windows and Office. * Availability to work rotating shifts (Morning: 6:00 am to 2:45 pm / Afternoon: 1:15 pm to 9:15 pm / Night: 9:15 pm to 6:00 am). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Calibration and/or verification of equipment, instruments, and reagents in the module * Review of production batches. All batches from the lines (Juices and/or syrups and/or Jelly and/or Dressings) * Reception and labeling of counter-samples. * Record daily incidents and/or non-conformities if any occur * Intermediate verification / Follow-up * Startup / Intermediate verification / Follow-up * Dosage verification: * Control and verification of chemical cleaning (validation of chemical inputs and quantities, verification of procedures and established times, pH analysis of water samples and swabs) * Review and verification for release when observed products are cleared. * Verify that measuring equipment (scales) are operational and compliant according to the Verification Record and calibration certificates. * Approve incoming materials (receipts). * Review of GMP and verification of production startup forms. * Chlorine concentration control in footbaths (200ppm). Performed at the beginning and after employee breaks because changes in the footbath are scheduled at these times. * Freezer chamber temperature control * Perform CAPAs (RM warehouse, FG warehouse, juice plant, and jelly plant). * FG review: cleanliness, coding, and labeling * Filling temperature control (record manual thermometer temperature data vs. thermocouple temperature data). * Provide training to new personnel or 5-minute talks to working staff when deemed appropriate. * Issue finished product quality certificates. **BENEFITS:** * Base salary: s/.1600+ payroll inclusion. * Benefits according to law from the first day of work. * Attractive bonuses. * Corporate benefits. * Be part of a solid, continuously growing company.
