* Provide personalized customer service in the commercial space assigned by the immediate supervisor, in order to identify each customer's specific needs and finalize the sale. * Send sales data to the Sales Administration department for registration and to request approval from Camposanto. * Advise and assist customers with documentation procedures required to claim subsidies or various benefits. * Supervise the execution of their assigned service to prevent any incidents, performing necessary coordination. * Present complete required documentation to the customer for signing, verification, and finalization of the service sale. * Explain contract terms, documentation, and timelines necessary for selling a service, ensuring information accuracy. * Inform the immediate supervisor about any commercial incidents occurring during service delivery to coordinate corrective solutions. * Supervise funeral service installations to meet the quality requirements established in company processes. * Carry out assigned support sales activities from the immediate supervisor to manage the workload of service attention; and other functions Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.1,130.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
