Contributes to the company's success in a dynamic role At M&M Repuestos y Servicios S.A., we seek to hire a Treasury Assistant. As part of the team, you will support the department in executing timely payments, maintaining proper control over obligations, and keeping accounts payable updated with all suppliers. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or university bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or Economics, with a specialization in Finance (Mandatory) Advanced Excel proficiency Experience using accounting systems CONCAR, STARSOFT, SISCONT (Mandatory) Basic English proficiency Minimum 2 years of experience (Mandatory) Treasury-related certifications RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive and review accounting documentation. Update the national obligations and general services ledger. Update the unique numbers of promissory notes. Issue daily or weekly payment instructions and/or transfer letters. Schedule Telecrédito weekly (preferably on Wednesdays and Fridays). Issue tax withholdings to suppliers. Make detracción payments. Pay various expenses of the General Manager (insurance, services, and others). Schedule and execute payments to suppliers. Perform advance reconciliations. Archive and manage banking documentation (vouchers). Track documents requiring reimbursement (travel allowances, purchase advances, or general service advances). Receive and distribute envelopes from banks. Deliver the files.
