Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Analyst to provide strategic support, customer service, and service management, collaborating on budget and quotation preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of budgets and reports At SEGUROC S.A., a security and surveillance company with over 35 years in the market, we are currently seeking a Commercial Analyst to join our team. Main Responsibilities: * Provide support to the Commercial Manager and Commercial Executive in account and strategic project management. * Deliver customer service, support, and follow-up on client requests, ensuring timely and efficient responses. * Manage validation and timely renewal of active Letters of Guarantee, and deliver them to clients. * Prepare budgets for implementing new services and for modifications or expansions of existing services. * Prepare quotations for variable services requested by clients, coordinating with the Operations department on implementation start dates and required resources. * Prepare presentations and managerial reports. Requirements: * Technical or university studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience in commercial analysis and performance indicator management. * Analytical ability and organizational skills.
