**Leading academy for training successful doctors, we are currently looking for Customer Service Executives.** **REQUIREMENTS:** Recent graduates or students in technical or university programs in Marketing, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Must demonstrate proactivity, empathy, charisma, and strong oral and written communication skills. Active listening, problem-solving attitude, organization, and time management. Ability to work under pressure, communicate confidently and empathetically, and solve problems in high-demand environments. * Willingness to learn and adapt quickly. * Intermediate knowledge of social media (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and TikTok) and cash handling. * Experience in customer service or sales. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., including one-hour break, in the Jesús María district. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide real and objective advice with empathy and judgment to medical students when selecting courses, plans, and materials, guiding them according to their academic stage. * Personalized attention via social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, or in person. * Provide follow-up and after-sales support, ensuring a complete experience. * Manage enrollments, payments, and frequent inquiries with accuracy and organization. * Draft clear, persuasive, and professional messages across all service channels.
