We do this alongside the best people, in an inclusive and diverse environment, and we want you to be part of it: **Head of Civil Security – Explorations** **General Information:** * Location: Mining Project * Transportation coverage from certain cities, 100% accommodation and meals provided. **What will you do in your role?** * Design and implement the Strategic Security Plan for each exploration project. * Identify risks for each project and establish mitigation actions and controls. * Hire, supervise, and evaluate private security companies, verifying compliance with contracts, legal regulations, and company standards. * Coordinate with various departments present in the field to align security actions. * Train company personnel and contractors on security topics and incident management. * Prepare performance reports and indicators (KPIs) and propose improvements. * Identify and establish direct communication channels with the National Police and regulatory agencies. * Manage the security budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. **Requirements:** * Professional or graduate from armed or police forces who is retired. * Knowledge of criminal legislation and security regulations. * Knowledge of asset security. * Experience in security management in mining areas and exploration projects. * Experience leading security teams.
