Active participation in the organization's growth The growing restobar is seeking a **Human Resources Manager** to comprehensively lead the organization's talent management. We seek a professional with solid HR experience, capable of developing recruitment and talent retention strategies, fostering a positive workplace climate, and ensuring compliance with current labor regulations. This position requires a leader with sound judgment for decision-making and the ability to work effectively in dynamic operational environments. Main Responsibilities: * Lead recruitment, selection, and hiring processes. * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. * Supervise accurate tracking of attendance, tardiness, vacations, and leave. * Manage employment contracts, renewals, and employee documentation. * Coordinate onboarding, training, and talent development programs. * Implement performance evaluations and improvement plans. * Administer disciplinary measures in accordance with internal regulations and labor legislation. * Promote a healthy workplace climate and resolve internal conflicts. * Supervise compliance with occupational safety and health standards. * Develop HR management indicators and submit reports to senior management. * Advise various departments on labor and human resource management matters. * Ensure compliance with Peruvian labor regulations. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in HR leadership roles (e.g., HR Manager or Senior HR Coordinator). * Experience managing operational staff in restaurants, restobars, hotels, retail, or service-oriented companies. * Up-to-date knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Experience in mass recruitment and workplace climate management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate or advanced level). * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills.
