Position Summary: Plan, implement, and evaluate learning experiences; document the educational process; and maintain communication with families, prioritizing children's safety and development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and evaluate learning experiences for child development. 2. Document the learning process and maintain caregiving routines. 3. Maintain smooth communication with families and ensure children's safety. 1. Plan, implement, and evaluate learning experiences appropriate to the developmental stage of Cycle I, in coordination with the Pedagogical Coordination team. 2. Document each child's learning process (observations, photographic evidence, portfolios) following the Nido's pedagogical documentation standards. 3. Establish and maintain caregiving routines (feeding, sleeping, hygiene) with warmth, consistency, and respect for each child's individual pace. 4. Maintain smooth, honest, and close communication with families regarding their children's development and daily activities. 5. Ensure children's physical and emotional safety at all times, adhering to the Nido's safety and child protection protocols. 6. Collaborate effectively with the classroom assistant, clearly distributing responsibilities. 7. Actively participate in pedagogical meetings, internal training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives. 8. Prepare and maintain the classroom environment (spaces, materials) according to the Nido's environmental pedagogy principles. 9. Participate in activities scheduled by the Nido, as outlined in the annual activity calendar. 10. Fulfill all responsibilities inherent to the position as described in the Nido's Internal Regulations (RI).
