We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician with immediate availability. What do we require for this position? * Graduate or Technical degree in Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Electrical Technician, or related fields. * Knowledge in electricity, painting, maintenance mechanics, installations, metal carpentry, drywall, tiling, and welding. * Knowledge in apartment remodeling and melamine furniture. * Minimum of 02 years of experience in the role. * Familiarity with INDECI regulations. What will be your main duties and responsibilities? * Replace lighting fixtures (fluorescent lamps and bulbs). * Repair pipes, offices, and other areas. * Use basic maintenance tools. * Handle electrical tasks to address incidents in offices, stores, and other areas. * Perform carpentry and locksmith work. * Install or repair shelves, cabinets, doors, and windows. * Carry out other duties within your area of expertise. * Paint INDECI safety lines or have knowledge about inspections.
