**Nazca Energy S.A.C.** A company specialized in digital transformation, engineering, maintenance, assembly, repair and diagnosis of transformers up to 500 kV, is looking for the best talent to join its **Operations** team in the position of: **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR** **Position Objective:** To supervise and coordinate the efficient, safe and timely execution of electrical maintenance, assembly and diagnostic services, ensuring compliance with the company's established quality, safety and customer satisfaction standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage field personnel by assigning tasks and supervising work execution. * Review purchase orders, HOM sheets and service scopes before the start of each job. * Coordinate key tasks with planning, logistics, safety and quality departments. * Participate in internal and client project kick-off meetings (KOM). * Monitor in real time the service execution and delivery of technical reports. * Manage per diems, resources and service closure documentation. * Ensure proper implementation of safety measures and compliance with regulations. **Requirements:** * Professional degree and licensed in **Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or related fields.** * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in supervision of electrical work or transformer maintenance. * Knowledge of **Safety, Quality and Environmental Management Systems.** * Proficiency in MS Office tools and document control. * Valid driver's license (desirable). * Availability for nationwide travel. **Competencies:** * Leadership and teamwork. * Effective communication. * Planning and organization. * Results orientation. * Commitment to safety and quality. **Work Location:** Los Olivos, Lima – with availability to travel to projects in different regions of the country.
