We are hiring! **We are looking for staff for the Order Reception and Dispatch area** at our store located on **Av. del Ejército**. * **Fixed shift –** 11:15 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. * **Work mode**: On-site * **Salary**: S/1,200.00 per month **About the position:** We are seeking a **proactive, organized individual with a positive attitude** to join our team. This role is key for **order coordination, customer service, and support in daily store operations**. **Responsibilities:** * Receiving and coordinating orders in-store, by phone, or through delivery apps. * **Taking and collecting payments for in-person orders**. * Requesting necessary products from warehouse or other departments when orders include them, following internal procedures. * Receiving products from production and **verifying (checking) received items**. * Preparing and sending orders for pickup or delivery dispatch. * **Updating Excel** with scheduled orders for pickup at other locations. * **Sending daily report** with total number of orders handled. * Periodic review of stock levels and condition of available products in the area. * Organized and timely delivery of **invoices** to the administrative department. * Constant coordination with kitchen, bar, and delivery personnel. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and presentation of the dispatch area. * Providing direct, courteous, and efficient customer service. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in customer service, order reception, or dispatch (desirable). * Basic knowledge of Excel and Office tools. * Good communication skills, punctuality, and service orientation. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * **Availability to work on Av. del Ejército.** * Residing in nearby areas (desirable). **Benefits:** * Payroll inclusion with all statutory benefits: * Family allowance (if applicable) * 12 monthly salaries + 2 bonuses per year * 2 CTS deposits per year * One month of paid vacation * Life Insurance (SVL) from day one * EsSalud coverage * Complementary Work Risk Insurance (SCTR) * Excellent work environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development **Interested in joining our team?** Send your CV to: **reclutamiento@donmario.com.pe** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 per month Work location: On-site job
