RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform passenger check-in, boarding, and deplaning according to required security protocols and regulations. * Verify that passengers have the necessary travel documentation and report any issues to dispatch, technical crew, or cabin crew as appropriate. * Greet passengers warmly with a friendly, empathetic, and approachable attitude to address questions or concerns. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduates from technical or university programs in Tourism, Commercial Aviation, Hotel Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in passenger service or similar roles. * Intermediate to advanced level of English proficiency. * Availability to work 48 hours per week on rotating shifts at the New Jorge Chávez International Airport.
