**Position Description:** We are currently seeking a **Resident Construction Engineer** with solid experience in the **execution, supervision, and control of high-voltage (HV) electrical projects**. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper technical, economic, and safety execution of fieldwork, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards and current regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and oversee the execution of **high-voltage (HV) power line and network projects**. * Manage human resources, materials, and equipment assigned to the project. * Coordinate with planning and safety departments to ensure compliance with deadlines and HSE regulations. * Supervise work at heights, electrical operations, and high-risk activities. * Prepare technical reports, progress evaluations, and construction status reports. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and client specifications. **Requirements:** * **Electrical Engineer or related field**, licensed and registered. * **Minimum of 6 years of proven experience** in **high-voltage (HV) network projects**. * Experience leading field teams and managing electrical projects. * Knowledge of national electrical regulations (LV, MV, HV) and electrical safety. * Desirable: training or certifications in **HSE**, working at heights, or confined spaces. **Benefits:** * **Salary: S/ 8,000** on payroll. * Opportunity to join a leading company in electrical and infrastructure projects. * Potential for professional growth through large-scale projects.
