Fuel sales company with a chain of service stations is looking for SERVICE STATION MANAGERS. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Intermediate and/or advanced Excel skills (report creation). * Experience working as supervisor, manager or team leader in Service or Retail companies (minimum 3 years). * Experience leading work teams. * Experience in commercial management. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday in an industry operating 365 days a year. * Preferably residing in the northern area. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, organize, execute and control all activities related to fuel sales and distribution processes to achieve strategic objectives of the assigned station. * Establish business relationships with new clients to generate business opportunities and attract new customers. * Lead station staff in achieving the company's strategic goals and promote a positive work environment among subordinates. * Conduct periodic station inspections to supervise compliance with applicable processes and safety measures. **OTHERS:** * Comply with company procedures. * Ensure operational efficiency and safety of the service station. * Monitor compliance with controls (inventories, cash, credit cards, consumption vouchers, expenses and assets). * Maintain service quality standards. * Care for and maintain the station's image and appearance. * Ensure fuel supply to the station. * Increase sales at your service station by approaching corporate clients. **WE OFFER:** * Immediate MYPE payroll inclusion from day one (family allowance, bonuses, CTS, etc.) * Market-competitive salary Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
