We want someone who lives and breathes fashion, loves an active lifestyle, and connects with our community from the core Kira essence. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and execute the **digital content calendar** for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). * Create strategies to boost **engagement, loyalty, and growth of our female community**. * Coordinate photo and video shoots with the creative team, ensuring alignment with Kira's visual identity. * Write copy in the brand’s **authentic tone**. * Monitor and maintain active communication with the online community. * Analyze metrics and prepare performance reports. * Support campaigns, product launches, and influencer collaborations. **Requirements** * Female between 20 and 30 years old, passionate about fashion and social media. * Studies in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year of experience managing social media for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands**. * Proficient in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut. * Ability to create visually and narratively compelling content. * Interest in trends, photography, and healthy lifestyles. **Key Competencies** * Creativity and attention to detail. * Proactivity and organization. * Excellent written and visual communication skills. * Empathy toward the female community. **We Offer** * Opportunity to be part of a growing brand. * Young, dynamic work environment with a female-focused approach. **IMPORTANT: MUST LIVE NEAR CERCADO DE LIMA** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site position
