We are a Medical Ambulatory Transportation company located in Orlando, Florida. Our excellent team of drivers provides safe and comfortable daily service dedicated to transporting patients to their medical appointments. At this time, our company is seeking a responsible **Dispatcher** with experience in similar roles. This position is entirely in English and conducted remotely, so it is essential that the candidate has a computer with a fast Windows processor, sufficient memory, and a reliable internet connection. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Advanced level of English**. Fluent and effective communication, both oral and written. * Possession of a personal computer or laptop with a fast **Windows** processor, adequate memory, and a strong internet signal. Four applications must be downloaded to perform job functions. * Experience in positions with similar responsibilities (not mandatory). * Interpersonal skills, organization, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication to receive and process work orders, inquiries, and requests related to deliveries and transportation services. * Assign drivers and vehicles to ensure efficient transportation service for customers. * Monitor driver progress, ensuring they adhere to schedules and route deadlines. * Provide drivers with critical information such as addresses, customer conditions, and traffic updates, and communicate updates regularly. * Serve as a liaison with customers and service providers to resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during the routing process. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of routes, driver information, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant data. * Address and resolve promptly any routing issues, delays, or changes in customer schedules. * Ensure all routes comply with company policies, safety standards, and applicable local, state, and federal transportation regulations. * Generate and analyze routing reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Contract type: Independent Contractor/Freelance. * 40-hour weekly work schedule following Orlando's time zone, including a 1-hour lunch break. * Starting monthly salary from 300 USD. * 1 week of induction and training. * Timely payments at the end of each month.
