Coordinate and plan the import process from receipt of client instructions through coordination of cargo pickup at customs. Please note that the importer or freight forwarder arranges their own transportation. 2. Send proforma invoices to the client for shipments to be processed. 3. Ensure company processes are fulfilled within operational and administrative scopes. 4. Record traceability incidents and/or input data into SINTAD for improved shipment tracking. 5. Monitor DAMS to ensure regularization and prevent fines. 6. Conduct online procedures and request transfers for empty container returns. 7. Arrange appointments for returning empty containers. 8. Review invoices for services related to the import process. 9. Prepare final settlement for billing the client on reimbursable expenses. 10. Request the Air Export Coordinator to assign a customs broker for inspections, pre-clearance, SENASA, and other requirements. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Technical degree 4 years of experience Age: between 30 and 37 years Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain
