Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Web Developer to technically lead enterprise-level system implementations, customizing, integrating, and deploying ERP/CRM solutions. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a proactive Web Developer (Python/React) with strong problem-solving skills to join our team. You will be the key technical contributor in customizing, integrating, and deploying our ERP and CRM systems—working with databases and building functional interfaces. What will you do? Lead the technical adaptation and implementation of an ERP/CRM system. Develop automation scripts, connect APIs, and optimize queries to relational databases. Develop and maintain frontend and backend modules. Translate operational requirements into efficient software solutions. What are we looking for? (Requirements) Proven experience (minimum 1–2 years or a strong portfolio) in web development. Proficiency in Python and SQL (mandatory; assessed via technical test). Practical experience with React and the frontend ecosystem. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, read technical documentation, and propose architectural solutions.
