We are currently looking for a: **PRE-SALES ANALYST** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Systems, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial and post-sales support. * Desirable experience in the mining and/or technology sector. * Strong knowledge of information technology. * Proficient in CRM systems, office software, management systems, reporting, Power BI, and commercial concepts relevant to the role. * Knowledge in preparing proposals and technical documentation. * Experience in creating and managing supplier quotations, etc. * Availability to work remotely. **Responsibilities:** * Design, evaluate, and document technological solutions that meet customer requirements and bidding processes, ensuring accurate interpretation of technical specifications, proposal feasibility, and alignment with the company’s product and service portfolio. * Ensure each proposal has solid, competitive, and up-to-date technical justification, contributing to the company’s profitability and market positioning. * Prepare quotations for products, services, and solutions, ensuring timely and proper submission. * Coordinate with manufacturers and distributors to obtain pricing, discounts, and availability.
