We are looking for an **Accounting Coordinator** with solid experience in finance and accounting, ideally in the construction sector or working with U.S. clients. This person will be responsible for coordinating accounting and financial processes, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting the company's financial planning. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and file accurate U.S. tax returns and financial reports. * Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring cash flow. * Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses. * Maintain accurate accounting records in QuickBooks and Buildertrend. * Manage payroll in accordance with U.S. tax regulations. * Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with GAAP. * Provide financial reports and insights to management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 1 year in the construction sector (or working with construction clients in the U.S.). * Strong knowledge of construction accounting practices: job costing, WIP tracking, project billing. * Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Buildertrend (or similar platforms). * Fluent English (spoken and written). * Ability to quickly learn new systems and work remotely. **Tools:** QuickBooks, Buildertrend, Excel/Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom/Teams, Google Drive or SharePoint.
