Active registration and license with the College of Engineers of Peru / studies validated by SUNEDU. * Experience in building works, infrastructure, and innovative construction systems. * Availability to travel **Responsibilities:** * Prepare construction reports and Technical Specifications (EETT), ensuring compliance with design requirements. * Conduct detailed review of drawings and technical documents, ensuring all elements comply with design requirements and current regulations. * Propose and coordinate the adoption of modern construction systems (prefabricated, industrialized, modular, special formwork). * Suggest improvements in construction procedures and methods to optimize processes. * Ensure compliance with applicable national and international standards for construction project execution (RNE, ASTM, ACI, EN, ISO). * Participate in interdisciplinary coordination meetings with internal departments and clients.
