Opportunity to optimize Vanta and streamline compliance workflows **Job Summary** --------------- We are looking for a hands\-on compliance and security operations specialist to lead the setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization of our Vanta environment. Our organization is subscribed to Vanta for support across **SOC 2 Type 2**, **ISO 27001**, and **ISO 42001** compliance frameworks. This role will work closely with our internal team to complete implementation, align controls, select and integrate supporting tools, and help establish a streamlined compliance workflow. Experience with **Vanta** is highly preferred, as the platform will be central to this work.**Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Lead the end\-to\-end setup and configuration of Vanta across SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 frameworks. * Review current systems, processes, and security controls to identify gaps and required actions. * Work with internal stakeholders to gather input, validate requirements, and complete implementation steps. * Recommend and help select supporting tools needed for compliance readiness, including **Single Sign\-On (SSO)**, access management, and related security tools. * Configure integrations between Vanta and the organization’s systems where applicable. * Help map policies, controls, evidence collection, and monitoring requirements within Vanta. * Support documentation of compliance\-related processes and operational procedures. * Coordinate follow\-up tasks and maintain progress toward audit readiness and framework alignment. * Provide practical guidance on how to use Vanta efficiently for ongoing compliance management. **Required Qualifications** --------------------------- * Experience in GRC, information security compliance, or security operations. * Familiarity with **SOC 2 Type 2** and **ISO 27001** requirements. * Strong understanding of compliance workflows, control mapping, and evidence collection. * Experience evaluating and implementing security/compliance tools. * Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams. * Strong organizational and communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------------------- * Direct experience implementing or administering **Vanta**. * Familiarity with **ISO 42001** or AI governance/compliance frameworks. * Experience selecting and implementing **SSO/identity management** solutions. * Experience supporting audit preparation or external compliance assessments. **What Success Looks Like** --------------------------- * Vanta is fully configured and aligned to the company’s compliance needs. * Required tools and integrations are selected and implemented. * Compliance tasks are organized, documented, and easy for the team to maintain. * The organization is better prepared for audits and ongoing framework management.
