




Position Summary: We are seeking a committed psychologist to lead a child protection project against violence in Ate–Huaycán. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the project "Childhood without Fear, Free from Violence" 2. Design and facilitation of educational workshops 3. Ongoing coordination with school administrators and teachers The **Warmi Wasi Women's Development Center and Mary Ward International Peru** is seeking a **Psychologist to lead the project "Childhood without Fear, Free from Violence"** in Ate–Huaycán (Lima). **Who are we looking for?** A professional committed to protecting girls, boys, and adolescents, with experience in the educational or clinical field and in social projects. **RESPONSIBILITIES.** \- Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the "Childhood without Fear, Free from Violence" project. \- Design and facilitation of educational workshops for school staff. \- Ongoing coordination with school administrators and teachers. \- Supervision of psychology volunteers, among other duties. **REQUIREMENTS.** \- Bachelor’s degree and/or license in Psychology. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Educational or Clinical field. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in social projects. \- Experience addressing violence against children, girls, and adolescents. \- Focus on human rights, development, gender, interculturality, and care for our Common Home. \- Intermediate English proficiency, desirable. \- Preference for candidates residing in nearby areas. \- Employment modality: Part-time (20 hours per week), formal employment contract, with 2 days of in-person work (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and 4 hours of virtual service.
