We are currently seeking a highly autonomous and proactive Equipment Maintenance Manager to assume full responsibility for managing and executing maintenance of our machinery. **Position Objective:** Manage, plan, and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of diamond drilling equipment and hydraulic systems, ensuring continuous operational availability and minimizing project downtime. **Requirements:** Education: Technical or university degree in Heavy Machinery Maintenance, Industrial Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of proven experience performing operational and maintenance management tasks on heavy or industrial machinery. Strong technical and practical expertise in maintenance of DTH and rotary drill rigs. Advanced experience in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems. Fluent reading and interpretation of hydraulic and mechanical drawings. **Responsibilities:** Execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks on drilling equipment and supporting machinery. Accurately diagnose mechanical and hydraulic failures, proposing and implementing rapid and effective solutions. Ensure continuous equipment operability prior to field deployment, during project execution, and upon return to base. Develop, monitor, and track the annual and monthly preventive maintenance schedule for machinery. Manage and anticipate availability of spare parts, tools, and consumables required for technical interventions. Prepare maintenance reports, equipment technical specifications, and propose continuous improvement plans to extend machine service life. Supervise targeted work performed by external suppliers or contractors when specialized support is required.
