Currently, we are looking for a Human Resources Intern. *Job Responsibilities: - Posting and attracting new applicants for various company departments (sales, marketing, teaching, maintenance, among others). - Conducting in-person candidate calls and interviews at our three locations in Lima. - Selecting and training newly hired personnel in coordination with each site's supervisors (job manual). - Continuously evaluating new and current staff based on indicators, surveys, or other formats. - Promoting a positive work environment and resolving internal conflicts. - In charge of internal company communication and attendance tracking. - Assisting in tracking hours worked for teacher and administrative staff payroll. *Profile: - University or technical student (from the 4th semester onward) or graduate in Psychology, Human Resources Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Must be available to travel and work two days per week at each of the 3 locations (Surco, Lince, and Los Olivos). - Availability during weekdays and Saturdays (30 weekly hours) is desirable.
