Professional development and continuous training. **About the Position** At peruBN, we seek an IT Supervisor with experience in technological infrastructure management, team leadership, and execution of digital transformation projects. The role will be responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of technology services, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and aligning the technology strategy with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the operation and maintenance of corporate technology infrastructure. * Lead IT support and infrastructure teams. * Administer Windows and Linux servers. * Manage corporate networks, telecommunications, and connectivity. * Implement and supervise information security policies. * Administer infrastructure monitoring and control tools. * Manage technology projects and digital transformation processes. * Supervise the implementation and maintenance of video surveillance systems and IP cameras. * Coordinate structured cabling and communications work. * Manage technology vendors and service contracts. * Develop management indicators, reports, and improvement plans. * Promote automation and optimization of technology processes. **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Networks and Communications, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience leading IT teams. * Experience managing corporate technology infrastructure. * Experience managing and executing technology projects. **Technical Knowledge** · Administration of Windows Server and Linux servers. · Configuration and management of LAN, WAN, VPN, switching, and routing networks. · Implementation and administration of information security solutions and firewalls. · Use of infrastructure monitoring, visualization, and management tools. · Installation and administration of CCTV systems, IP cameras, and video surveillance. · Design, installation, and maintenance of structured cabling. · Management and coordination of technology vendors. · Application of agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban. · IT project management using PMBOK, COBIT, and BPM frameworks. **Competencies** * Leadership. * Strategic planning. * Results orientation. * Analytical thinking. * Effective communication. * Change management. * Teamwork. * Innovation and continuous improvement. **We Offer** * Participation in strategic digital transformation projects. * Professional development and continuous training. * Excellent working environment. * Competitive market-aligned compensation. **Work Modality** On-site **Location** Lima, Peru.
