




**We are looking for an ITIL Specialist!** * Quality management in IT services If you have experience in: * ITIL (incident, problem, change processes, etc.) * ISO 20000 (IT service management) * Fundamentals of ISO 9001 or process maturity models (CMMI) * PDCA cycle (Plan\-Do\-Check\-Act) * Handling indicators (KPI/SLAs), advanced Excel, Power BI or other analysis tools * ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management) **Working conditions:** * Hybrid mode (2 times per week at the office \- La Molina) * Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm * Full payroll contract with all statutory benefits Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.5,000\.00 \- S/.6,500\.00 per month Application questions: * Indicate your experience duration as an ITIL specialist * Indicate your experience duration in incident, problem, change processes * Indicate your experience duration in ISO 20000 (IT service management) * Indicate your availability to work * Indicate your salary expectation on payroll * Do you have an ITIL certification? * Do you have availability to attend the office in person 2 times per week? * **This position is for an important client in the Banking sector**, do you have your credit history in good standing (i.e., no overdue debts or Infocorp records)?
