**Job Objective:** * Provide support and coordination to the BTM \& IT team in their various Transformation, Technology, and OKR projects. **Specific Responsibilities:** * Support the management of OKRs defined with the business * Develop end-to-end process flows for assigned processes * Monitor deliverables of assigned projects * Prepare project status presentations * Support the updating of regulatory policies, processes, and procedures for the Region related to the Submanagement * Assist in reports, reports, and requests required by the Submanagement **Job Requirements:** * Final-year student in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Desired experience in Technology Projects, Transformation, or Continuous Improvement areas * Proficient in Excel, Power BI, MS Office, and Visio.
